Is it possible to reach the apartment with a car?
\n<\/strong>The apartment is situated outside the Limited Traffic Zone (ZTL), so you can reach it with your car. You’ll find all informations you need at the page Find us<\/a>

I don’t have the wifi password. Where can I find it?<\/strong>
\nYou’ll find the password into the apartment, printed on a paper.<\/p>\n

Wich floor is the apartment? Are there some steps?<\/strong>
\nThe apartment is at the third floor, but there’s an elevator, so there are no steps you need to climb.<\/p>\n

How do I check-in?
\n<\/strong>There’s an automated system that will let you self-check-in. You will be able to open all the doors with your smartphone.<\/span>
\nWhen you book you’ll be asked to register with your personal data and a photo of an ID card or passport.
\nWhen your registration is confirmed you will be able to open the doors with a click on your smartphone.
\nInto the apartment you’ll find a set of keys. Then you can use both the keys or the phone to open the doors.<\/p>\n

What time do I have to check-out?<\/strong>
\nYou will have to leave the apartment before 11am, in order to clean it and prepare it for the new guests.<\/p>\n

What time do I have to check-in?<\/strong>
\nYou can self-check-in starting from 4pm. But if needed, if the apartment is ready we can agree to anticipate.<\/p>\n

I have to go to the Fair, how do I reach it?<\/strong>
\nYou can easily reach the Bologna’s Fair in about 15 minutes with bus lines 28, 35 and 38 that you can take in via Amendola and via dei Mille. Runs are very frequent, you’ll have to wait less than 10 minutes. More infos here<\/a><\/p>\n

Are the two beds (bed and sofa-bed) in separated rooms?
\n<\/strong>Yes, there’s a bedroom with a queen size bed, and the sofa-bed is in the living room kitchen.<\/p>\n

Can I smoke into the apartment?<\/strong>
